As a Certified Association Executive, Elizabeth founded and successfully operated the largest and most professionally recognized association management company in Canada with offices in Ottawa and Calgary Alberta for 15 years. She co-founded tAMc in 2006 and continues with a successful operation to the present. Elizabeth and her staff have co-coordinated the day to day operations of thirteen non-profit associations in North America out of the Ottawa office, provided advice and leadership to over 60 boards of directors and along with her team of professionals has been responsible for the support of over 25,000 members and budgets in excess of $8 million dollars.
Elizabeth’s professional background was honoured by being awarded the YM-YWCA's region of Ottawa-Carleton Women of Distinction Award for Business, Professions and Trades, the Ottawa-Carleton Consumers’ Choice Award, Business Woman of the Year 2000. In 2002, Elizabeth was presented with the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal for her work with the Canadian Association of Fire Chiefs. In 2021 Elizabeth received the Monica Herbert Award presented by the Canadian Association for Play Therapy for her outstanding contribution to the field of Child and Play Therapy in Canada.
Kip Sharpe presents with a combination of corporate, community development and NFP planning and operations experience. He combines his IT proficiency with his vast knowledge of organizational analysis, sales and operations and business process improvement.
Kip has a BSc in Computer Science from Western University, has an established track record in IT in various industries. He filled the role of Senior Business Analyst and Senior Sales Consultant with Canada's largest provider of corporate and institutional print and print management solutions. His accomplishments are significant and his work was recognized by the receipt of achievement awards through several fiscal periods. In 2021 Kip was presented with the Monica Herbert Award by the Canadian Association for Play Therapy for outstanding contribution to the field of Child and Play Therapy in Canada.
Kip now dedicates his time, talents and skills to the support of the not-for-profit community in providing consulting services to foundations, associations and charities.
